Describing your situation: When you enter a situation in the input field, this text is processed by an AI service to determine a fitting Bible verse and a reflection. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR (consent) or Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (contract performance). We recommend not entering sensitive or third-party personal data in the description.

User account: During registration and login, your email address and, if applicable, your name are processed to enable your access to the website.

Server log files: When the page is called up, technical information (e.g. IP address, date/time, requested file, browser type) is automatically recorded in server log files. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR) in ensuring the functionality and security of the website.

4. Disclosure to third parties

Your personal data will only be transferred to third parties if this is necessary to provide the AI-supported Bible verse search (processor relationship according to Art. 28 GDPR) or if there is a legal obligation.

5. Storage period

Personal data will be deleted as soon as the purpose of storage ceases to apply or you revoke your consent. Statutory retention periods remain unaffected.
